Mark A. Gooch, President and CEO of Community Trust Bank, is pleased to announce that Ashley Conn has been promoted to the position of Residential Lending Manager, Senior Vice President.
Ms. Conn’s job responsibilities include being responsible for the overall leadership and growth of the residential lending department, overseeing the origination and processing of residential loans, ensuring loan processing is efficient and accurate and that the loan closing is supported by adequate documentation, developing and establishing secondary market relationships for sale of loans, developing competitive mortgage loan products, and monitoring the loan portfolio to maintain proper risk management of the portfolio. She ensures that all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
Ms. Conn has worked for Community Trust Bank for over 11 years as a mortgage loan processor, an underwriter, Lead Underwriter, and Residential Lending Supervisor, Assistant Vice President. Her office is located at the Main Office of Community Trust Bank in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Ms. Conn attended Big Sandy Community College and graduated from Shelby Valley High School in Pikeville, Kentucky. She attends church at Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church and resides in Shelbiana, Kentucky.
