Pikeville, KY -- Mark A. Gooch, president and CEO of Community Trust Bank, recently announced that Teresa Justice, legal supervisor, has been promoted to vice president.
Justice is the legal department representative for the central region. She provides daily technical support and guidance for procedural and policy inquiries, supervises the foreclosure paralegal team and support staff, acts as a liaison between internal and outside legal counsel to coordinate the foreclosure process, and provides document management for subpoena responses. Her office is located in the Community Trust Bank Main Office at 346 North Mayo Trail in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Justice has worked for Community Trust Bank for 37 years. She has worked in the technology department and the mortgage loan department as well as a CSR / teller. She graduated from Elkhorn City High School in Elkhorn City, Kentucky. She attended Mayo State Technical College in Paintsville, Kentucky where she studied Business Administration and Computer Science. She earned a Paralegal degree from Blackstone Career Institute in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Justice and her husband, Clinton, reside in Pikeville, Kentucky.
