Pikeville Commons Apartments unveils new amenities for residents

Pikeville, KY (June 13, 2019) – The Pikeville Commons Apartments now offer new amenities for residents to take advantage of including a state-of-the-art fitness facility and media center.
The new amenities were unveiled to the public during an open-house event hosted by the Southeast Kentucky Chamber and Redd, Brown & Williams Real Estate Service, which lease the apartments. During the event, guests were able to see and use the new services as well as to tour some of the available rental units in the complex.
The fitness facility is free to all residents of the apartments and features weights, treadmills, and numerous other exercise equipment.
“We have a facility unlike any other in Pikeville, and really in Eastern Kentucky,” said Paul David Brown, Jr., president and CEO of Redd, Brown & Williams.
The media center features a full kitchen, a billiard table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and multiple televisions and seating areas. Brown said it is not uncommon to see people gathering in the space for study sessions (for students) and other occasions.
The complex houses 160 apartments ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units, which include washer and dryer units as well as modern appliances in each apartment. Rentals start at $797 per month, which includes water, sewer, and trash costs.
