Houston, Texas and Brunswick, Georgia were hit with a category 4 Hurricane in late August and early September. This tropical storm impacted thousands upon thousands of residential areas, along with many businesses.
First responders and volunteers were immediately on the scene to help those in need. SERVPRO was not far behind. As soon as it was cleared to enter Houston and the affected areas of Georgia, SERVPRO was ready to assist with recovery efforts. The Parsons & Roberts Storm Team were already in Kansas City waiting on the green light to head into Houston --after covering the Kansas City floods from early August. SERVPRO’s lived up to the motto: “We’re here to help”.
Marketing Rep. Morgan Blount paid close attention to what was happening in these areas and the devastation made it clear that it was time to act. Morgan, SERVPRO owners, staff, and a team of technicians worked for two months on three different storm events, spending a week in Houston and two and a half weeks in Georgia.
SERVPRO always strives to help local community and anytime they or any other community needs help, SERVPRO is there to make it “Like it never even happened.”
